Dale Prost who originally was hired by Suburban Mortgage in 2013 is excited to be back again with this leading Mortgage Banker headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.  Dale grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from Lakeland College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.  After graduating Dale first went to work for a bank in Milwaukee and migrated to the Mortgage Industry in 1982, making it a lifelong profession.
 

Dale owned and operated Professional Mortgage Planners Inc. from 1997 to 2010.  The company’s business plan included financing new and existing homes as well as working with a variety of small to midsize builders offering custom construction financing for their customers.
 

Suburban Mortgage is a perfect fit for Dale. The company offers a wide range of special products from portfolio products to custom construction financing, as well as super jumbo products for the high-end market are now available. Dale has extensive background and experience in the construction financing industry making the process stress free and understandable.  Mr. Prost also has a strong background in analyzing complex tax returns most suitable for the entrepreneurial Scottsdale and Paradise Valley market place. He works diligently to make anyone purchasing or refinancing property a smooth and pleasant experience.

When he is not assisting borrowers with their dream home, Dale enjoys hiking, kayaking, and cooking. He’s also very involved in his church, North Chapel Church in Fountain Hills.
