Heidi Ferraro, Licensed Loan Originator/VP Branch Manager of the Peoria Branch, has lived in the Phoenix area since 1984 and has been in the mortgage lending industry since 1987.  She has been with Suburban Mortgage since 1999 and has received the company’s highest sales award- Presidents Club- every year since 2001.   Her strengths come from her extensive experience in all aspects of mortgage lending; including processing, underwriting and originating.  

She makes herself available to her clients at their convenience and returning phone calls in a timely manner has always been a very important part of her commitment to customer service and her success in this business; she truly cares about her clients.  Her goal is to educate her customers so they can make their own decisions and feel comfortable with their financing options and choices.

She resides in Peoria with her husband, has two grown boys that served in the Navy and three grandchildren. She enjoys Church, traveling, playing golf and being with family and friends. She also passionately cares for neglected children and is involved with the Friends of the Crisis Nursery along with other philanthropy opportunities; she feels it is important to give back when you can.
