Kathy Hart has lived in Arizona since 1973, a transplant from Iowa after college following the worst winter on record with 8 blizzards in a row.  She has pursued her career in mortgage banking ever since.  As a dedicated mortgage professional she has worked for banks, savings and loans and mortgage bankers in the Arizona market.  Kathy was nicknamed “mother mortgage” at  one company due to her knowledge and experience in nearly every position there is in a mortgage office holding positions from Loan Processor to Senior Vice President over her 40 year career.  Her passion is matching the mortgage applicant with the most appropriate loan product and terms for their individual financing needs.  Her extensive industry experience makes her best suited in guiding a borrower through the complex steps involved in file documentation, loan underwriting and closing.  She has experience in programs from first time homebuyer to reverse mortgages.

 

She is currently a member of Arizona Mortgage Brokers and Arizona Mortgage Lenders Associations. 
Kathy serves on the board of Kachina’s Place, a local equine therapy non-profit organization.

 

She has two grown children and two grandchildren and loves her family time.
Kathy enjoys hiking, having done 20 plus trips into the Grand Canyon, including 5 Rim to Rim hikes.  She loves horseback riding, golf, and bicycling.
