With over 25 years of real estate experience, Robin Cohen fully understands the market and knows how to deliver great service. Robin currently serves as a loan officer with Suburban Mortgage, Inc (SMI), one of Arizona’s largest privately held correspondent lenders.  SMI offers a full range of mortgage lending products. 

With a strong presence in Arizona, SMI has earned a reputation for commitment to its borrowers. SMI’s well-trained mortgage professionals, fine-tuned operations staff, flexible products and focused sales support allow it to successfully underwrite and fund a large volume of loans each year.

As a loan officer with SMI, Robin is committed to providing excellent service, competitive pricing and most importantly, availability. She works with her clients, Realtors and Referral Partners to ensure the process is as streamlined as possible. Robin always maintains strong and open lines of communication. 

Throughout her career, Robin has taken a very personal approach to her clients. As a result, she’s earned their loyalty, as evidenced by the substantial amount of repeat business and referrals she has received over the years. Robin’s goal for every relationship is to earn a client for life. 

Prior to being a loan officer, Robin owned her own property tax firm. Founded in 1988, RL Cohen & Associates, Inc. worked with commercial and residential real estate clients. Robin researched and analyzed property valuations for the possibility of appeal. She represented thousands of cases before the County, State Board and Tax Court on behalf of her clients.

In 2006, Robin expanded her professional interests to include mortgage brokerage. She focused on small commercial transactions and gained ample industry experience. Robin now focuses primarily on residential mortgages for new purchases and refinancing. 

Robin’s long history in the real estate industry has provided her with the business experience and skills to successfully meet every client’s lending requirements. Her attention to detail, follow-through and commitment to excellence ensures a smooth and easy process and on-time closings.
