As a professional dedicated individual, I joined the Mortgage Industry with 24 years of Leadership/management experience of which 16 years have been as a producing Executive V.P. for the financial residential mortgage service Industry. My leadership encompasses, integrity, high level customer service/focus and strategic development and organizational proficiency. Manage P&L for my region, marketing, recruiting and production growth.

I oversee, manage and support a talented team of seasoned loan Originators, and optimize internal business processes, while mentoring with improvement of my teams overall performance ensuring ongoing individual and organizational success.

Priority for me is recognizing my team’s success which I feel should never go unnoticed. Being a producing Branch Manager I am very involved with working closely with my local "in house" processing, and operations partners obtaining a memorable experience for our valued customers and business partners the team and I work with every day as well as within the market place and community. I feel referrals are built on "trust and integrity" and that is my model I manage by.

My main goal is to create an environment not only for my team but for both my customer’s and business partners I work with everyday where priority is to be focused on providing the customer/partner experience in each and every transaction. My passion for success is communicating while deepening relationships whether it’s my fellow associates, business partners, Realtor’s or customers, at the end of the day my goal is to exceed expectations making a difference.
